Chicken Sausage Cassoulet 1 pk Frozen lima beans
1 c Tomato juice
1 Carrot; 1/2 inch pcs
1 Stalk celery; 1/2"pcs
1 Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Bay leaf
1 ts Chicken bouillon granules
1/2 ts Dried basil; crushed
1/2 ts Dried oregano; crushed
3 Boneless chicken breasts
3 Chicken drumsticks
8 oz Smoked kielbasa
Place carrots, limas, celery and onions on bottom of Pammed slow cooker. Combine herbs, juice and bouillon and add to vegetables. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Cut sausage into pieces. Put chicken and sausage on top of vegetables. Cover slow cooker and cook on Low heat for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
