Barbecue Beef and Beans

2 pounds beef stew meat - (to 2 1/2 lbs) -- cut into 1" cubes
1 cup smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
2 cans lima beans - (16 oz ea) -- drained


Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper, if desired. Place in slow cooker with barbecue sauce and bouillon. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Add drained beans and cook on HIGH 15 to 20 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
